  5. 200-250 ml
    Biotta carrot juice
  6. 1 teaspoon
    pumpkin pie spice (alternative: ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 pinch ground cloves, 1 pinch ground nutmeg, 1 pinch ground ginger)
  7. Topping: pumpkin pie spice ( alternative: cinnamon )

How it's done

  1. Cut the pear and the orange into medium-sized pieces and put them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend into a creamy smoothie.
  2. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
  3. Enjoy fresh.
