- 1organic orange, peeled
- 2organic dates, pitted
- 1 small pieceorganic ginger
- 200-250 mlBiotta carrot juice
- 1 teaspoonpumpkin pie spice (alternative: ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 pinch ground cloves, 1 pinch ground nutmeg, 1 pinch ground ginger)
- Topping: pumpkin pie spice ( alternative: cinnamon )
How it's done
- Cut the pear and the orange into medium-sized pieces and put them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend into a creamy smoothie.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
