The Biotta Reset Week is a clean eating program that supports you in transitioning to a healthy nutrition.
The program lasts a total of 7 days. It is suitable as a gentle transition after a classic juice cleanse (e.g., Biotta Wellness Week) or as a standalone program for starting a healthy nutrition.
The Biotta Reset Week was developed in collaboration with nutrition experts and offers you everything you need to kickstart your healthier livestyle.
The juices and soups included in the package are vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free.
The daily recipe suggestions can also be prepared vegan (see relevant notes), and gluten has also been largely avoided.
Preparation isn't necessary, but it can help you get off to a great start.
