Bio.inspecta monitors and certifies organic products in accordance with the Swiss Organic Farming Ordinance, EU Organic Farming Legislation and Bio Suisse guidelines.

Bio Suisse
Bio Suisse is the umbrella organisation for Swiss companies operating under “the Bud label”, and is also the owner of the registered “Bud” label. Some 5500 “Bud” farmers, organised in 32 member organisations, have been awarded the Bud label.
EU Organic Farming Legislation
EU Organic Farming Legislation
Since 1992, the EU-ECO Regulation has regulated (EC 834/2007) organic farming. This legislation, which is legally binding for all countries in the European Union, determines the minimum parameters for growing and monitoring organic products.

“Demeter” is the global quality label for food from biodynamic agriculture. The oldest organic label has the strictest guidelines.

FSSC 22000
FSSC 22000
FSSC (Food Safety System Certification 22000) is a norm for ensuring food safety in the production of foodstuffs. FSSC 22000 is based on an ISO norm and is accredited by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).
Halal certification
Halal certification
Halal certification guarantees that Halal standards have been met throughout all the stages of production. Halal-certified products are admissible in accordance with Islamic law and may be consumed by Moslems.

The V label is an internationally recognised and protected trademark for the labelling of vegetarian and vegan products and services.
