In con­junc­tion with nu­tri­tional sci­en­tists, we de­vel­oped our recipe for potato juice us­ing pre­mium, raw or­ganic pota­toes. Or­ganic farm­ers from the re­gion sup­ply our fac­tory on the south shore of Lake Con­stance with freshly har­vested pota­toes. Or­ganic farm­ing and short sup­ply routes boast two ad­van­tages: they’re good for the en­vi­ron­ment, and the pota­toes can be processed fresh. With no ar­ti­fi­cial ad­di­tives, finest or­ganic pota­toes are lov­ingly pressed to pro­duce nat­ural juice which is then en­hanced with fen­nel. Pro­duced in this man­ner, this juice, made from pre­mium or­ganic veg­eta­bles, is par­tic­u­larly mild and de­light­ful.
