    Biotta Superfruits juice
  2. 3 - 4 tbsp
    Oatmeal
  3. 1
    Apple (grated)
  4. 1
    Carrot (grated)
  5. 1
    Orange (filleted & in small pieces)

    Kiwi (peeled & in small pieces)
  7. 1 tsp
    Cinamon
  8. 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice
  9. 1 tbsp
    Birnel or agave syrup
  10. 4 - 5 EL
    Vegan curd
  11. Topping
    Pomegranate seeds, hazelnuts, other fruits

How it's done

  1. Mix oatmeal with the superfruit juice in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well & enjoy. Recommendation: The Birchermüesli can also be prepared the night before and stored well sealed in the refrigerator.
