- 1 dlBiotta Superfruits juice
- 3 - 4 tbspOatmeal
- 1Apple (grated)
- 1Carrot (grated)
- 1Orange (filleted & in small pieces)
- 1Kiwi (peeled & in small pieces)
- 1 tspCinamon
- 2 tbspLemon juice
- 1 tbspBirnel or agave syrup
- 4 - 5 ELVegan curd
- ToppingPomegranate seeds, hazelnuts, other fruits
How it's done
- Mix oatmeal with the superfruit juice in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix well & enjoy. Recommendation: The Birchermüesli can also be prepared the night before and stored well sealed in the refrigerator.
